The Rhoer Club is an affiliated organization of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., focused on mentoring young women to become exemplary citizens within their communities and contributors to society. Through this program, the Sorority is responsible for nurturing and promoting academic excellence, fostering leadership development, cultivating individual talents, and instilling the values of poise and dignity. Sigma provides a constructive cultural platform for young sisters in our community.

Membership in the Rhoer Club is available to young ladies aged 12 to 18 who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and a dedication to community service. Founder Mary Lou Allison Gardner Little's passion for youth development and the realization of their full potential continues to inspire our organization today, especially in the face of modern challenges.

Rhoers, organized on local, regional, and national levels, actively engage in community service while exploring their heritage and honing leadership skills. Sigma Gamma Rho is committed to nurturing Rhoers into women of substance who are devoted to serving others.
